The Hormone Midwife (aka our new friend, Christy O’Reilly) came to us while she was preparing to open her own women’s healthcare practice in Athens, GA. Christy came to us wanting help creating a beautiful, bold, and inclusive brand that would speak to her wide and diverse audience. At the end of our project, she loved everything about her visual brand identity, but found even more value in her brand messaging.

Throughout our time together, Christy gained clarity on her purpose and who she was truly meant to serve, how to find those people, and how to connect with and attract those people through her branding and marketing.

Here’s what we did…

Christy started working with us a few weeks before her soft opening in the fall of 2023. She planned to have a grand opening and hard marketing push in January of 2024. In the span of a few months, we set out to create a strong brand foundation to serve as a launching pad for the new year. So we…

  • Hosted a brand strategy session to understand the wide audience she was speaking to as they varied greatly and discovered she had multiple avatars she needed to speak to.

  • Developed logo and design concepts that expressed compassion, balance, autonomy, and paired them with a rich and colorful palette (bold is the new black).

  • Optimized her existing website with updated branding and SEO keywords.

Here’s how it went…

  • We created an in-depth Brand Blueprint with detailed messaging insights to guide future content creation and marketing materials. We also created a full brand suite with a wide variety of badges, icons, colors, and logo variations so she would be able to produce brand-consistent content on her own.

  • After working with us for just a few months, she had already booked so many patients, she had to push her initial hard launch date back three months to accommodate the clients that had already found her.

  • We created branded marketing materials and branded patient-wear like socks and robes, so that every part of a customer’s experience was brand consistent from the moment they discovered Christy’s practice to the moment they left.

  • We set up her complete brand kits in both Canva Pro and Flodesk, so that she would be able to create branded emails, social media posts, and print materials herself without having to outsource or hire others to create professional looking content.
