Highline

Branding as unique as your mission.

The Project:

Teal Package + Website

The Brief:

As the contractors behind new rental property developments, The Highline approached us with the need for a brand that was as unique as their mission. Our goal was to develop a brand identity for these communities being developed across the Southeast. With a strong desire to attract a particular audience, The Highline needed branding that would communicate the advantages of living in their communities.

The Deliverables:

3 logo variations, full 3o page brand guidelines document, print and digital collateral

The Highline branded mood board and sketches

We hosted a kickoff meeting over lunch (at Taqueria del Sol, of course) and got to hear about the business owners’ vision for their new developments. Our team then crafted 5 unique stylescapes to capture the lifestyle the communities encourage. The Highline team liked a combination of elements from each vision board, and it was with these pieces in mind that we created hand drawn and digitally developed logo variations.

After finalizing a color palette, we created print and digital assets using the new fonts and colors.

With their new brand ready to launch, we developed a website with our in-house copywriter and web designer. Strategically speaking to their target audience through language and visual elements, we crafted branding collateral that invited their customers into a narrative they could see themselves in.
